Sensory Stretch and Massage
Suitable up to approx 6 months.
This lovely 45 min class combines beautiful baby massage, progressive yoga stretches for your baby, fun songs and sensory play. You will enter into low-lit room with lovely fairy lights and twinkly ceiling lights to help baby (and you) relax, a perfect way to start the day!

Suitable from 6 - 12 months.
This lovely 45 min class combines yoga stretches for your baby, fun songs and sensory play. You will enter into low-lit room with lovely fairy lights and twinkly ceiling lights to help baby (and you) relax, a perfect way to start the day!

The last week of every term will be a messy play week with dry messy play such as pasta, rice etc. If you have any allergies or intolerances it is your responsibility to let me know at the point of booking
